I hope improvements to the dref system work as described, when i find anything else i'll let you know. Maybe when there are fewer targets in the DWG then this isn't so bad, dont know.

No way to filter or change order of offset and elevation targets.

Cant even pinpoint how its not working correctly, it erases some of the offset targets when applying the filter, but most of them remain, even when they are far away from the specified filter range. Filter offset range, somehow only works for elevation targets, not offset targets.New corridor mapping window, several "bugs" or things just left undone that hamper the performance of this new system, for example:.A few things found after a days work with the new update, specifically the corridor mapper. While all the added and fixed elements are fine and im grateful, this update feels like it was released on a deadline and barely tested. Watch the technical marketing playlist here: Project Explorer 2022.1 is also available and includes support for railway design workflows, as well as more flexible formatting of tables and reports.įinally, Grading Optimization 2022.2 is available, including support for retaining walls. Geometric design of common railway switches and turnouts has been added, as have further enhancements to the pressure network layout and editing workflows. You will be more efficient in corridor creation and editing processes, including reusing corridor and region parameters, as well as in the targeting workflow. The second area customers identified was workflow efficiency, particularly in the corridor modeling process. We intend to continue our work on Civil 3D performance for future releases. You will notice Civil 3D 2022.1 is faster with basic tasks like drawing open, pan, and zoom, but also in core Civil 3D operations such as rebuilding corridors. The first area is overall Civil 3D performance. Based on 1.5 year of customer research, we focused on the top two areas our customers identified as areas they wanted to see improvements in Civil 3D. Customer satisfaction is a key focus for this update. I am very excited to announce that Civil 3D 2022.1 is available.
